Simple Guidance:

 Take 5–10 minutes each day.

Write honestly, as it comes.
No need to fix it. No need to conclude it.

Day One

Today, where did my energy feel most drained—
and where did it feel most alive?

Day Two

If I look at today honestly, did my rhythm of living feel too fast, too slow, or out of balance?

Day Three

What have I been doing lately
not from a conscious choice,
but out of habit—or expectation?

Day Four

What is my body trying to tell me today—
through fatigue, tension, or silence?

                                                                        Day Five

What thought has been showing up most often lately—
and quietly draining my sense of calm?

Day Six

In which part of my life
do I actually need more space—
not more additions?

                                                                        Day Seven

If I don’t need to change anything right now,
what feels important for me to notice
about my life as it is today?

Closing

Not everything needs to be fixed right away.
Sometimes, change begins with the courage to look honestly.

If you feel more aware after these seven days, that is enough.
Life’s rhythm doesn’t need to be rushed—only listened to.
